We had a fantastic six-night stay where the kids loved the spacious twin room and the quality toiletries were a delightful surprise! The available massages were super relaxing, but the shower pressure could’ve been a bit better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’d say definitely try to enjoy the nearby dining options! 😊

The stains on one wall were not a pleasant sight!!! The noise from the neighboring room’s AC was quite bothersome at night!!!

the shibuya tobu is a fantastic hotel within a short walk to the famous shibuya crossing. the room was quite spacious by japanese standards and featured great amenities like a kettle and complimentary coffee. the staff were very polite and helpful, making my stay extra special. the laundry and vending machines on each floor are a huge plus!

Breakfast choices are very limited. only two small portioned sets available, making a trip to the convenience store next door a better option.
